The OHB Group is committed to responsible company management. Compliance with applicable national and international rules and standards is the foundation of our company culture and the basis for the business success of the OHB Group. This applies in particular to all employees and bodies of the OHB Group.

The whistleblowing system established with We.Create.Integrity. is available to all employees of the OHB Group as an additional channel for submitting reports on severe violations, especially in the areas of business crime (e.g. corruption, theft, misappropriation, money laundering), human rights, discrimination or sexual harassment as well as anti-trust or data protection violations. It may also be used to seek advice on these topics.

As an employee you should – if possible – first bring your concerns to persons in your immediate work environment, such as your manager, the local Compliance Officer or the local employee representation.
