ISS “PK-4” research laboratory successfully launched
Baikonur / Munich. At 8:09 hours CET on October 29, 2014, the European-Russian plasma crystal laboratory “PK-4” lifted off from the Baikonur Cosmodrome on board a Progress launcher headed for the International Space Station ISS. As planned, docking the freighter at the ISS took place in the early afternoon.

Oberpfaffenhofen, July 23, 2014. OHB is today holding the “topping out celebration” for its new building in Oberpfaffenhofen near Munich in the presence of 150 guests. Currently, the staff of OHB subsidiary Erwin Kayser-Threde GmbH are scattered across two locations in Munich. When it is completed, the new building in Oberpfaffenhofen will provide them with a single and ultra-modern complex.

Galileo FOC* satellite shipped safely to Kourou by OHB
The first two Galileo FOC satellites arrived safely in their clean room in Kourou at 20:00 on Wednesday, May 7, 2014, in line with a planning established in September 2013. This was reported by Alain Pajonk, the OHB manager responsible for the Galileo launch campaign.
